So looking forward to shed those extra pounds that have become your headache for the past years of your life???Want to get rid of the fat as soon as possible???? Don’t want to be the laughing stock anymore???? I guess everyone who so ever is fat wants the same. After all no on would like to loose pounds slowly. While the experts say that it is not easy to loose weight quickly and safely but I think that they should look into the real world rather than their textbooks. So if you are also looking forward to reduce weight quickly and safely then read on. Here are a few tips if followed accurately will give you tremendous results. Here we go:
* Whenever you are ready exercise then only
If you overweight or unfit to exercise then do not stretch your body for it. Its is not necessary that even if your body doesn’t allow then also you exercise then you are bound to loose weight. And another myth that it’s not necessary to keep a check on diet if you exercise is completely wrong. A proper and balanced diet can help you to shed those extra pounds very quickly. And once you have lost the extra pounds then you are fit as a fiddle to exercise and loose all the fats and get a desired physique.
Before starting to exercise it is advisable to consult your doctors and if you have a healthy background with no major illness or diseases then you are right on the track to progress. So begin with stay away from the conventional cardio exercises that tend to take a toll of your body rather go for aerobics after your workout that would prevent your muscles from falling as this is the main concern of men who have worked out and made their muscles but didn’t give much attention to the growing fat on their bellies and now want to reduce it. Aerobics strike a balance in your body and keeps the metabolism going on.
* Aggression with smartness
Reduce calories aggressively but with smartness at the same time. You should give your body a valid reason for reduction of the fat that has been troubling you. You should be motivated properly because motivation is going to take you a long way. Although it can back fire you if you don’t act smart enough.
1. Number of calories to be reduced to reduce weight. They vary from men to women. For men a minimum of 1000 calories and for women a minimum of 800 calories and if you can go beyond them then its for your benefit only,
2. Proteins are very important if you are exercising as they provide you with stamina. So keep the protein intake high and you can support it by protein shakes as well.
3. Intake of empty calories like sugar and starch should be avoided completely.
4. Low calorie food to be given preference like vegetables and sprouts.
5. Fish oil supplement is also a good option and about 5 grams a day will help to reduce weight.
6. For insurance multivitamins are the ways to go.
7. Keep a check on your calories so that you don’t end up eating too much or too little.
* A day off
Taking a day from dieting is a good option because if you keep on dieting your mind gets tired so take a day off and have good food this will really stimulate the metabolism and the next day you will diet even harder and see the results they would be much more effective. But keep one thing in mind that you should not jump on junk food on the day you take off from dieting because it can add on a lot of calories.
If you follow the above tips then you will definitely be able to loose weight and burn out those extra calories that too very quickly in the way you had anticipated them to along with that keeping you body muscles and tissues intact and a perfect metabolism.
