Walking can either be done while taking a brisk trip in the shopping mall, or taking a round of local park in a sunny stride and climbing the hills and mountains and exploring the nature.
- It is said that “A walk a day, keeps the doctor away.” It has been researched that if a person is going for a walk daily then there are very less chances that he might suffer from diabetes, stroke, heart diseases and cancer and some of the other killer diseases. In fact if a person is including walking as his daily activity then he tends to live longer and he will definitely boost his spiritual and mental health. According to the researches, it has been found that walking will definitely increase your life span.
- It will definitely add years to the life and ultimately life to the years. It is concluded that adults between the age group of 50-60 are less likely to die as compared to the people who are just sedentary.
