<p>The Truth About Six Pack Abs gets five stars in my view. I was truly amazed with the contents of The Truth About Six Pack Abs. Rather than telling me what meal to cook, Mike gives complete recipes on cooking meals. I haven&#8217;t eaten such good food, even in restaurants.</p>
<p>Next he will tell you the best exercises for abs, with over 25 to 30 stomach exercises specifically designed to give you a ripped set of six pack abs. Every step comes with color pictures.</p>
<p>Mike Geary, the author and fitness expert, wrote: &#8220;Personally, looking back to my teen years when I was just starting to get interested in fitness and exercising, I wish that I understood all of the powerful training and nutrition secrets that I do today, 15 or so years later. <p>There are a few basics that are important to know for attaining six pack abs. If you are doing the correct things, it will make it all the easier and quicker to get a lean six pack.  </p>
<p>If a study were to be conducted among the average person what they thought would be the best way to get a six pack, their answer would most likely be unanimous or close to it. They would tell you that crunches are the key to gaining a six pack.  </p>
<p>While this does help it is not the only part of the abdominal muscle equation.  </p>
<p>Crunches will build the muscles in the center abdominals but leave out the others. So it wouldn&#8217;t be able to form the complete &#8220;six pack&#8221; form on the stomach area.  </p>

Blood sugar is also regulated by what you are eating and if it is healthy items such as proteins, healthy fats and foods with low carbohydrates.  </p>
<p>Total daily calories should be less.  </p>
<p>This is an obvious when training for solid muscle mass on the stomach. What your total current calorie intake is for the day, your new calorie total must be lower for losing that last little bit of fat.  </p>
<p>Losing the body fat is a real important key to success abdominals. A carefully planned out dietary meal plan combined with the correct forms of exercise is the best manner to lose the fat. Frustration will be the only result of crash diets and doing only crunches for exercise.  </p>

It matters because burning calories is necessary for losing fat and losing fat leads to a lean, muscular stomach. Burning calories are one of the keys to six pack ab success.  </p>
