- The main reason why most of the people are weight is that they indulged in eating of the typical portion and large quantity. And when this person switches to the process of dieting he has to cut down his meals. This shrinking of meals is big adjustment for such people and hence fat can’t be lost.
- If portion size of the meal is becoming a challenge for you, then there are few simple steps which you can follow. Keep the main thing in mind that, all diets don’t require small portion. Hence you can always make a research to find out a diet which suits you. Another point is that always go for the gradual decrease in the portion size rather than going for a sudden jump. This will definitely help you in overcoming your difficulty. Third and the last point is that if you are left hungry in your portion then you can always consume some of the healthy foods like the fruits and vegetables.
· Disliking of the food:
- Another challenge that most of the dieters face is the improper food items which are added in their daily schedule. It has been noticed that most of the diet include the foods which are not liked by the people very often. Hence if the food items are not enjoyed by the people, then they will surely give up this plan of dieting and hence no weight loss can be achieved.
